What this screen does

The first screen a tenant sees after login. Shows the most important information at a glance — rent due, outstanding amount, lease validity and active tickets — and a one-click "Pay Rent Now" button.

  • Rent due banner — orange alert if rent is due, showing exact amount and days left.
  • Four KPI tiles — Current Rent, Outstanding, Lease days remaining, Active Tickets.
  • Warehouse summary card — unit number, size, monthly rent, lease progress bar.

A complete month-by-month rent history. Tenants can see every transaction, its reference number, payment method, and download a PDF receipt for any paid month.

  • Year-to-date totals — Paid YTD, Outstanding, Late Fees, Avg Payment Time.
  • Colour-coded status — Paid (green), Pending (amber), Overdue (red).
  • Payment method tags — IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Manual, all clearly labelled.
  • PDF receipts — one click downloads a tax-invoice ready receipt.
  • Export full ledger — to PDF or Excel for accountant.

The heart of the system. A complete payment workspace built around the Razorpay/Own Bank gateway. Tenants see a clear invoice, choose how to pay, and get an instant confirmation.

  • GST tax invoice — both parties' GSTIN, HSN codes, CGST/SGST split.
  • Six payment methods — UPI (with QR), Card, Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, Wallets, Offline.
